What we collect
The initial case intake collects the service you need, your answers about the administrative situation, your preferred language and the contact method you provide. We may also record limited technical information about how a visitor reached the site, where available, to understand and improve the service.
What we do not collect in the first form
The initial intake does not accept passport, visa, driving licence, TM30, Residence Certificate, vehicle-book or other document files. After an initial review, BKKFIX may send a separate secure upload link if documents are needed.
Why we use the information
We use it to assess whether the case fits the BKKFIX scope, identify missing inputs, prepare a concise case summary, contact you, confirm the process and quote, and coordinate the service if you proceed.
Who may access it
Access is limited to the BKKFIX team and service providers who need the information to review or execute the case. We do not publish case data or partner commercial information.
Retention and deletion
We keep case information only while it is needed for review, service delivery, security, dispute handling and legitimate operational records. It is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirement.
Analytics
We use limited website analytics to understand whether people can complete the case check. Sensitive document contents must never be placed in analytics data.
Your privacy request
To request access, correction or deletion, use the dedicated . We will verify the requester before acting.
Independent service
BKKFIX is an independent administrative service, not a Thai government agency. This notice does not claim a certification or legal status that has not been separately reviewed.
